These terms govern your use of Atlas. By signing in or accepting a workspace invitation you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

1. The service

Atlas is a workspace platform for creative teams — shoots, mindmaps, docs, and integrations. We provide it “as is” and improve it over time. We may add, change, or remove features. If we remove a feature you depend on, we’ll email workspace owners at least 30 days in advance.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 to sign up on your own behalf.
• Keep your email account secure — anyone with access to the inbox tied to your Atlas account can sign in via magic link.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the content your workspace uploads.

3. Workspaces and roles

Each workspace has an owner (billing and workspace deletion), admins (team + settings), editors (content), viewers (read-only), and external partners (scoped to specific shoots). Only the owner can delete the workspace.

4. Acceptable use

You will not use Atlas to:

• Upload content you don’t have the right to distribute
• Store personal data of people you don’t have consent to store
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overwhelm the service
• Harass, defame, or otherwise harm other users
• Anything unlawful in Australia or in your country of residence

5. Your content

You own the content you upload to your workspace. You grant us a limited licence to store, transmit, and display it back to you and your workspace members solely to provide the service. We do not use your content to train models or share it with third parties beyond the vendors listed in our privacy policy.

6. Fees

Atlas is currently in early access. Pricing will be introduced with at least 30 days notice. Free-tier usage limits may apply.

7. Termination

You can leave your workspace or delete your account at any time from the Atlas UI. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; for material violations, immediately.

8. Warranty and liability

We provide the service without warranties beyond those required by Australian consumer law. Our liability for any single incident is capped at the fees you have paid us in the preceding 12 months, or A$100 if no fees have been paid.

9. Changes to these terms

Material changes will be announced by email to workspace owners at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that constitutes acceptance.
